Description
 

Darkly fruity to the nose, with smoky, earthy notes over slightly jammy scents of ripe dark cherry, sumac, and black pepper: all of which begin tight, but expand well with airing. It is youthfully firm and still a bit tannic on the palate, where its dry, slightly dark aspect suggest that it will show its best with roasts and steaks. The flavors linger nicely.
