Description
 

"Bottled several months before my visit, the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon includes a tiny dollop of Cabernet Franc. More restrained than the 2003, it offers elegant, sweet black currant and cherry fruit interwoven with spicy cedar, vanillin, and licorice notes. This beautifully proportioned Cabernet is not as fleshy and dense as the 2003, but it is very finely tuned. It should drink well for 10-15 years."
