A classic expression of unfiltered Chardonnay; this rich powerful wine opens with rich creme caramel, butterscotch and fresh vanilla bean aromas, later revealing baked apple and nutty characters. Flavors of white peach and caramel with a touch of honey round out this full-bodied, balanced wine with a lingering creamy finish. Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate gave the 2005 vintage 96 Points!
