Our Price: $22.00

The 2004 Owen Sullivan Red makes a rich, mouthfilling first impression with plush texture, exquisite tannins and remarkable balance. The aromatics feature a delicate floral and earth bouquet with spice and mineral notes. Black cherry and anise flavors form a delicious core with hints of black olive and tarragon. The finish is amazingly long and pleasing.

Barnard Griffin Syrah 2004
Our Price: $21.00

The aromas of this 2004 are intense and very ripe with a background note of spicy toasted French oak. Scents of plums, blackberries and violets are dominant. The flavors are dark and rich on the palate following through with the dark fruit theme. The wine is soft in its tannins but balanced with good acidity.

Syncline Subduction Red 2005
Our Price: $26.00

Ripe and hedonistic, this wine displays vivid ruby color with varying degrees of purple black. Aromatics lean towards cherries, pomegranate and blackberry with layers of exotic spices. Nuances of licorice, pepper, and provincial herbs mingle with the fruit. Flavors closely mimic aromatics with a broad expansive texture. This is a wine for roasted vegetables, game, sausages or country cheeses.

Seven Hills Ciel du Cheval 2004
Our Price: $41.00

The most evenly blended of the releases to date, with Cabernet, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc contributing about equally to the blend, while including a higher percentage of Verdot. Shows soft red plum, pie cherry, rhubarb, and pungent, sweet spices in the nose. The palate is of red fruit over moderate structure, a little tight, but with subdued tannins. 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, 13% Petit Verdot.

Sandhill Cabernet Sauvignon RM 2004
Our Price: $23.00

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape produces distinctive wines that are tannic and are the most dependable for aging potential. Average aging potential for Cabernet is 5 to 10 years in order to achieve peak flavor. With age, its distinctive black currant aroma can develop bouquet nuances of cedar, violets, leather, or cigar box and its typically tannic edge may soften and smooth considerably.

Seven Hills Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2002
Our Price: $36.00

There is a vivid, broad middle palate of black cherry, cassis and plum; a fine acid structure, and hard, stiff tannins. But there is also an elegant complexity, highlighted with flavors of earth and iron, that comes from the soil. Wine Spectator Rated 90 Plump and smooth, generous with its berry and currant flavors. Focuses nicely and echoes harmoniously with hints of mocha and white pepper.

Woodward Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon Old Vines 2004
Our Price: $62.00

This wine has a very pleasant nose of oak and spice, integrated with ripe black cherry. A rich, long mouth feel begins with black cherry and leads to a chocolate/mocha finish that is very, very long.

Flying Fish Merlot 2005
Our Price: $14.00

Aromas of ripe plums, blueberries and cherries complement the full, rich palate with hints of mocha and vanilla. Pair with grilled foods, Italian sausage and pizza.

L'Ecole No 41 Merlot 2003
Our Price: $30.00

Rich with spicy, aromatic aromas of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon, this Merlot shows ripe black plum, blackberry and dark cocoa flavors, with notes of leather and sweet tobacco encased in a toasty, ripe black cherry finish.

Ridgefield CV Pinot Gris 2005
Our Price: $15.00

Pinot Gris (also called Pinot Grigio) is a pleasant and tasty grape that can be made into either slightly sweet or dry wine; both are good. Pinot Gris is much less perfumed than the related Gewürztraminer, but it makes up for lack of aroma with full flavors such as rich peach and pear, light lemon-citrus, and an exciting spicy quality and acidity in the mouth.
