This limited release Cabernet Sauvignon was hand made in open 5 tonne fermenters and matured for 18 months in a combination of new and old American and French oak barrels. The resulting wine is elegant and beautifully structured, showing refined oak and varietal fruit characters. The finish is soft and velvety.
