Two Princes stand for the 31st (Prince Michael) and 32nd Generation of
winegrowers in the same family. This Riesling displays the perfect
balance between fruit and acidity and is something Schloss Wallhausen
is best known for. Two Princes displays a lot of slate characters
similar to the soils where the wine comes from. This wine is best
served with Asian food, fish or sweet on sour sauces. It can also just
be sipped along.
